Tofu Sisig
Ingredients
5 blocks firm tofu cut into cubes
2 tbsp butter
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
2 siling haba
1 small Red bell pepper cut into cubes
1 small green bell pepper cut into cubes
1/2 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup cream
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt, pepper and sugar to taste
Red chilies (optional)
Procedure:
1. Fry tofu cubes until golden brown, set aside.
2. Prepare sisig cream by mixing mayonaise, cream,soy sauce.
2. Melt butter in pan
3. Saute onion, garlic, bell pepper and siling haba.
4. Mix in the fried tofu
5. Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
